Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. The sale is carried out by flavour family, located at Polygonstrasse 3, 3014 Bern, Switzerland, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the products in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is placed and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase agreement is only concluded once we send a separate email confirming shipment.

3. Products and Usage

Our product range includes accessories for the consumption of CBD as well as selected merchandise items. All products offered are intended solely for legal, private use. The customer is solely responsible for checking and complying with the applicable legal regulations in the destination country. We do not accept liability for illegal use or importation.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in CHF or EUR (depending on the selected currency) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are listed separately during the checkout process. Any customs duties or import charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made from our Swiss warehouse to the address specified by the customer within Europe.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Switzerland: 2–4 business days

  • To EU countries: 4–10 business days (depending on destination and customs controls)

All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, force majeure, or third-party shipping providers are beyond our control. If certain items are temporarily unavailable or delivery times are extended, you will be notified via email.

6. Payment Terms

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

For hygiene reasons, our products are non-returnable if opened or used. Unused products may be returned within 14 days at the customer’s own expense. Please contact us by email before returning any items.

8. Warranty and Liability

Our glass tips are produced with the highest care. If defects occur, please contact us immediately. We do not accept liability for improper use or legal violations in the destination country.

9. Data Protection

Your data will only be used to process your order and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for shipping or payment processing. For more details, see our privacy policy.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence specify otherwise.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
